The Budget Award for the commercial network is created

In the early months of the year, the Commercial Service prepares an analytical picture, agency by agency, concerning receipts and portfolio classified by policy and management. These procedures allow the creation of the Budget Award, i.e. the planning and control of new production and receipts for each agency. The budgets are compiled on a quarterly basis to promptly highlight variances between budget and actual figures.
