Unipol Assicurazioni - Termination of the programme for the purchase of own shares to service the stock granting plan to employees

With reference to the press release of 10 May 2007, it is hereby pointed out that – pursuant to Article 87-bis of the Regulation on Issuers and Article 4 (4) of the EC Regulation No 2273/2003 – on 24 May 2007 Unipol Assicurazioni purchased 372,000 Unipol ordinary shares on the regulated market, at the average price of €2.8776, for a total of €1,071,538.
In compliance with the aforementioned provisions, herewith annexed is the detailed list of each purchase carried out, which shows the number of shares and the relating prices and time of execution.
