Unipol-Premafin: exclusive negotiation term extended

With reference to that communicated to the market on 13th January regarding the letter of intent underwritten by Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. (hereafter, “Unipol”) and the members of the Ligresti family (Salvatore Ligresti, Jonella Ligresti, Giulia Ligresti and Paolo Ligresti), we hereby communicate that the Parties involved, exercising their rights as set forth in the letter of intent, have agreed to extend the term for the Ligresti family’s commitment to negotiate exclusively with Unipol the terms and conditions of the integration project described in the above-mentioned letter of intent. The new due date will be the 27th of January, 2012.
