(“Unipol”) hereby announces that the extract of the Shareholders’ Agreement concerning Unipol shares, published on 1 December on the newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore”, is available to the public on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com) and the Company’s website www.unipol.it, under the section Investors/Shareholders/Shareholders’ Agreement, updated following the merger by incorporation of Alleanza 3.0 2 S.p.A. into Coop Alleanza 3.0 Soc. Coop.
