Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. (“Unipol”) announces the completion of the purchase of no. 15,629,789 ordinary shares of BPER Banca S.p.A. (“BPER”), equal to approximately 3.25% of BPER share capital, through a reverse accelerated bookbuilding – RABB exclusively addressed to qualified investors and international institutional investors (the “Transaction”).
