Unipol Group - Consob resolution on the publication of the offer document relating to the PTO on BNL

CONSOB approved today, pursuant to the Regulation on Issuers 11971/1999, the publication of the offer document relating to the mandatory Public Tender Offer launched by Unipol Assicurazioni on the ordinary shares of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A. (‘BNL’). The offer document includes, inter alia, the amendments and supplements as required by CONSOB on 31 August 2005.
