With reference to some news published by the press in the last days, relating to alleged agreements and financial transactions between the Unipol Group and Banks of Cooperative Credit or their Institutes, it is hereby clarified that these news are completely groundless. The Unipol Group, as reiterated by the Chairman and the Managing Director, is involved in outlining its three-year Business Plan, which will be disclosed to the Market within September, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
