We hereby inform you that today Unipol Assicurazioni published the supplements updating the information Document on the merger by incorporation of Aurora Assicurazioni into Unipol Assicurazioni, as disclosed on 13 April 2007.
In this respect, we clarify that CONSOB on 29 August 2007 decided that the information document – as completed with the supplements mentioned above – is eligible for integrating the provisions of Article 57 (1)(d) of the Regulation on Issuers.
