Unipol Assicurazioni - The management structure will follow the strategic plan

As reiterated by the Company in official press releases and by the Chairmanship through public statements, Unipol Assicurazioni has been involved for some weeks in working out its strategic plan, also in relation to the agreement signed on 2 February 2006 with the BNP PARIBAS Group.
The management structure of the Unipol Group will, therefore, follow the strategic plan, which will be discussed and approved by the corporate bodies in the forthcoming months.
