Unipol Assicurazioni: denial of the conjectures on the sale of the holding in BMPS

With reference to press conjectures published today by the newspaper “MF”, in the article titled “Unipol-Bnl, si sparigliano le carte” (Unipol-BNL, cards are reshuffled), regarding, amongst other things, the possible sale of Unipol Assicurazioni’s holding in Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, it is hereby stated that they are mere invention of the press and completely groundless.
