It is hereby communicated that on 12 April 2006 Mr Claudio Casini resigned from the Board of Directors of Unipol Assicurazioni out of personal reasons.
Mr Casini, as appointed by Unipol Assicurazioni Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2004, filled the post of non-executive Board Member.
