Governance of Sustainability

In line with its role of management and control, the parent company has an Ethics Committee formed exclusively by independent directors and a Sustainability Committee, both with consultative, advisory and deliberative functions.

In particular, the Ethics Committee, in synergy with the Ethics Officer appointed by the Board, is responsible for promoting consistency between the standards of the Code of Ethics and the corporate policies, for guaranteeing knowledge and understanding of the Code of Ethics, for monitoring compliance with the Code of Ethics and for the annual publication of an Ethics Report.
