With reference to press conjectures published today by the newspaper “La Repubblica” in the article titled “Bnl, da Fazio via libera a Unipol” (BNL, Fazio gives green light to Unipol) and signed by Andrea Greco, it is hereby stated that they are completely groundless and that Unipol Assicurazioni shall act as it deems most appropriate to safeguard its own rights in all instances, even criminal ones.
