It is hereby announced that the Company’s By - Laws, updated with the amendments resulting from registration of the Unipol Banking Group in the Banking Group Register, is available to the public, pursuant to current legislation, at the Company’s registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism 1INFO and on the Company’s website www.unipol.it - under the section Governance/ Governance System/Company’s By-Laws.
