We hereby announce that the Company’s By-Laws, updated following the amendments subsequent the deadline for exercising the “Unipol 2010-2013 Ordinary Share Warrants” and the “Unipol 2010-2013 Preference Share Warrants”, is available to the public, in accordance with the current regulations, on the Company’s website www.unipol.it – Governance/Governance System/By Laws section.
