Publication of summary of resolutions of Shareholders' Meeting

It is announced that the summary of resolutions of the Ordinary Meeting of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. shareholders and the summary of resolutions of the Special Meeting of preference shareholders held on 30 April 2014 are available to the public, in compliance with current legislation, at the Company’s headquarters, on the centralized storage mechanism “1INFO”, as well as on the Company's website www.unipol.it (section Governance/Shareholders’ meetings/April 2014 Meeting).
