With reference to the voluntary public tender offer launched by Unipol Assicurazioni on all Aurora Assicurazioni shares, we hereby communicate the figures relating to the acceptances collected between 26 February and 2 March 2007 (fifth week of acceptance period), pursuant to Article 41 (2)(c) of the Regulation on Issuers.
