With reference to the voluntary public tender offer launched by Unipol Assicurazioni on all Aurora Assicurazioni shares, we hereby communicate the figures relating to the acceptances collected between 12 February and 16 February 2007 (third week of acceptance period), pursuant to Article 41 (2)(c) of the Regulation on Issuers.
