Ordinary and special Shareholders' meetings

The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Unipol Gruppo SI S.p.A., which met today under the chairmanship of Mr.Pierluigi Stefanini, approved the Company’s individual financial statements for the year 2013, the contents of which are already known to the market.
