Integration of Premafin Fondiaria SAI Group

On the 26 July last, CONSOB asked the Company itself to disclose to the market their comments about 'the recent news relative to the presumed agreements stipulated amongst the previous reference shareholders of Premafin and Mediobanca in the context of the Integration Plan of the Unipol Group with the Premafin Group'.
In this respect, Unipol Gruppo Finanziario here informs that it did not know of any such 'presumed agreement'.
Unipol Gruppo Finanziario further specifies that the only 'agreements' stipulated in the context of the so-called Integration Plan, known to the Unipol Group, are those which are regularly communicated to the market.
