On the request of Consob and following what was communicated to the market on 22 May, we inform you that today Consob gave its response - including its reasons – to the query submitted by Unipol Gruppo Finanziario on the applicability of mandatory public offer rules to the various steps of the merger of Unipol Assicurazioni SpA with the companies Premafin Finanziaria SpA, Fondiaria Sai SpA and Milano Assicurazioni SpA..
