Integration plan with Premafin - Fondiaria SAI Group

Subsequent to the decisions of the respective boards, we announce that Unipol Gruppo Finanziario and Unipol Assicurazioni today made a formal proposal to Premafin, Fondiaria Sai and Milano Assicurazioni for the next stage in the Integration Plan via the merger of Unipol Assicurazioni with the aforementioned companies.
