Expired the period during which ISVAP could prohibit the purchase by Unipol of the Aurora shares held by FINSOE

In accordance with Article 41 (2) of the Consob Regulation 11971/1999, Unipol Assicurazioni communicates that (i) the 20 days-period during which ISVAP, based on a reasoned resolution, could prohibit Unipol Assicurazioni from executing -within the PTO - any purchase transaction on the Aurora Assicurazioni shares held by Finsoe S.p.A. expired yesterday, and that (ii) ISVAP did not notify the issue of any prohibition resolution.
