Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. announces that, in accordance with current legislation, the financial reports for 2013, the other documents referred to in Article 154-ter, para. 1, of the Italian Consolidated Law on Financial Intermediation (“TUF”), and the annual report on governance and ownership drawn up in accordance with Article 123-bis of TUF are available to the public from the Company's registered office and the Company's website www.unipol.it ( Governance >Shareholders' Meetings> April 2014 Meeting).
