Aurora Assicurazioni - Appointed the new top management

On 24 January 2006 and 31 January 2006 respectively the Board Members of Aurora Assicurazioni S.p.A. Giovanni Consorte - Chairman of the Company - and Ivano Sacchetti - Vice Chairman and Managing Director - resigned from all the posts filled in the Company.
The Board of Directors held on 4 February 2006 appointed the Board Members Franco Migliorini as Chairman and Maria Bettazzoni as Vice Chairman.
