Amendment to the Calendar of Events for 2012

With regard to the notice published on 30 January 2012 relating to the Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. calendar of events for the 2012 financial year, we wish to inform you that the Meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors to approve the Interim Financial Report at 30 September 2012 will take place on 14 November 2012 instead of 8 November 2012.
