(“Unipol” or the “Company”) announces that essential information relating to the shareholders’ agreement (the “Agreement”) concerning Unipol shares is available to the public on the authorised storage mechanism (www.emarketstorage.com) and on the internet website of Unipol www.unipol.it - under the Investors/Shareholders/Shareholders’ Agreement section, updating the most recent press release published on 18 December 2020.

The essential information reflects the vesting, on 1 August 2022, of the right to increased voting rights in relation to the Unipol shares held by the members of the Agreement who are registered on the specific special list established by the Company in accordance with applicable laws and the articles of association, as resulting from the communication issued on 7 September 2022 pursuant to article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, Issuers’ Regulation, since certain changes were made regarding the voting rights relating to the shares governed by the Agreement, along with other information as provided for under article 130, paragraph 1, letters b) and c) of the Issuers’ Regulation.
