(“Unipol”) informs that the excerpt and the essential information of the shareholders’ agreement concerning Unipol shares (the “SHA”) - updated with respect to what was previously published, most recently, on 31 December 2018 - are available to the public on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com) and on Unipol’s website www.unipol.it – Section Investors/Shareholding Structure/Shareholders’ Agreement.

The excerpt and the essential information relating to the SHA have been updated due to the tacit renewal, for three additional years, of the SHA, which, therefore, will be effective until 15 December 2023.
