Paolo Fumagalli

Born in Busto Arsizio (VA) in 1960.

A graduate in Political Science from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, member of the Register of Chartered Accountants and Auditors.

Founding partner of Studio Professionale Associato GFT & Partners where he works as a Chartered Accountant.

He has held numerous positions as member of the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors of, among others, Banca Intesa, Intesa SanPaolo Vita, Intesa SanPaolo Previdenza, Leasint, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, ENEL Ingegneria e Ricerca, ENI New Energy, Autostrade Lombarde, Mooney, Mooney Group and Mooney Servizi.

From 2011 to 2014 he was Standing Statutory Auditor of the listed company ENI S.p.A.;

From 2015 to 2018 he was Standing Statutory Auditor of the listed company Astaldi S.p.A.;

From 2015 to 2021 he was Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the listed company UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A.;

From 2018 to 2021 he was a Director of the listed company SAIPEM S.p.A.

He is currently:

• Lecturer in "Pension Funds and Supplementary Pensions" at the Faculty of Banking, Financial and Insurance Sciences of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan;

• Deputy Chairman of the ENI Executives Pension Fund - FOPDIRE;

• Since 2007, Deputy Chairman of BFS Partner S.p.A.;

• Since 2012, Director of ICAM S.p.A.;

• Since 2014, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Solidarietà e Servizi Cooperativa Sociale;

• Since 2017, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Eni Foundation;

• Since 2020, Standing Statutory Auditor of Istituto Europeo di Oncologia S.r.l.;

• Since 2021, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Be Charge S.r.l.;

• Since 2021, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Be Power S.p.A.;

• Since 2021, Deputy Chairman of Futura S.p.A.;

• Since 2023, Deputy Chairman of CAPFIN S.p.A.;

• Since 2022, Director of Unipol Gruppo S.p.A.
