The extraordinary transaction regarding the Group’s banking business was completed in a single operation in accordance with the agreements signed on 7 February 2019 between Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. and UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. on the one part and BPER Banca S.p.A., along with the subsiciary Banco di Sardegna S.p.A. on the other.
