On 1 February, UGF Assicurazioni becomes operational. It benefits from the commercial strength of the Unipol and Aurora brands, which will retain their separate identity and commercial capacity. On 23 February, Unipol Banca, Unipol Merchant and Cooperleasing change their business names respectively to UGF Banca, UGF Merchant and UGF Leasing.
