The customers’ frequent use of the telephone operations center (which has handled more than 60,000 claims and 90,000 phone calls), and consequently the increasing use of the partner health care network, leads to the belief that the Unisalute model is meeting the approval of policyholders, a fact confirmed by the success of the proposal in the underwriting sector and a survey finding the degree of satisfaction of the policyholders.
