On 1 July, the deregulation of policy rates for motor vehicle liability insurance enters into force (pursuant to Directive 49/1992). To cope with the new business management system, which leads to a change in operating practices, Unipol is supported by a long and thorough preparation and management procedures and tools capable of overseeing results and contributing to the improvement of the services being provided. Taking into account such factors as age, sex of the vehicle owner, Provincial District and Municipality of residence, vehicle features and bonus / malus class, elements of personalization are gradually introduced and efforts are made to find the best segmentation of the customer portfolio.
