“Unicasa” is the unified program between Unipol and Associazione Cooperative di Abitazioni (ANCAB, Association of housing cooperatives) that arises out of the need to make a contribution to families in search of accommodation. The benefits for young couples are the high performance of the five-year program, with rates fluctuating around 18%, and, on the side of investments, the opportunity to access special home loans granted, through cooperatives, to subscribers of the Unicasa program, with repayment of interest only in fifteen years.
