On 11 October, an important agreement is signed with the trade unions on the staffing of departments throughout the entire National territory and in particular of the settlement offices, which, as a result of the “mechanization” process (computerization of claims adjustment offices) and temporary increase in activities due to higher workloads and territorial extension of the same offices, require enhanced staffing.
This strengthening is carried out through the inclusion of young people (up to 29 years of age) employed under a Training and Employment contract pursuant to Law No. 863 of 1984. This law allows Companies to hire young people with an entry salary level that can be kept for a maximum of 24 months.
This agreement, and this is its qualitative aspect, in addition to the assessments aimed at confirming these young people in their job indefinitely, includes specific training, well-structured teaching courses and relevant timing; work and field training activities at the same time.
