As part of the twentieth anniversary celebrations, Unipol chooses to contribute ideas on a topic, that of the social security system, described as “about to collapse” in those years, and in Bologna the Company hosts an international conference on supplementary pension schemes. The Swedish model (“In Sweden public and private sector cohabit”, Klas Back), the German model (“In Germany three tested pillars”, Hubert Sauter), the English model (“In England allocation and capitalization”, Peter Johnson), and the Belgian model (“In Belgium, three different systems”, Robert Duroi) are presented.
