Supplementary collective bargaining

On 1 July 1977, a union agreement is signed between Unipol and the corporate Trade Union council.

In essence, the following important aspects should be highlighted:

  • Commitment of corporate management to discuss the insurance policies of Unipol with the Trade Union Council.
  • Quantification of Unipol Investments in the following sectors: residential (housing projects), offices, agencies and claims adjustment offices, and trade union offices.
  • Employment: commitment to favor the hiring of personnel from agencies and claims handlers.
  • Commitment to respect employment contracts in Agencies.

Under the Agreement, contractual arrangements such as working hours at claims adjustment offices, transfers, facilities for student workers, and vocational training are also regulated.
