Massimo Desiderio

Born in Naples in 1965.
A graduate in Law from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome and member of the Rome Bar Association.
Started his career in 1993 with the Bank of Italy.
Since 1997 he has been practising as a freelance lawyer and has collaborated with various law firms, including: Bussoletti Nuzzo & Associati, Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner and Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners.
In 2011 he set up his own law firm Studio Legale Desiderio, where he works as a lawyer with a focus on commercial law, with particular regard to corporate, banking and financial intermediation law, and business contracts and, since 2018, he has been Founder of Studio Cisternino Desiderio & Partners - Professional Association of Lawyers, Tax Advisors and Chartered Accountants.
He was Head of the legal sector of Assogestioni.
He is currently:
