Carlo Zini

Born in Modena in 1955.
A graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Bologna and member of the Professional Association of Engineers of the Province of Modena and in the Register of Auditors.
A cooperatives expert, his first professional experience was in 1992 in a management role for CMB (Società Cooperativa Muratori e Braccianti di Carpi) until becoming the Chairman of the Board of Directors for over twenty years.
He has been President of ANCPL (National Association of Work and Production Cooperatives), Legacoop Production and Services, and Member of the Executive of ACI - Alliance of Italian Cooperatives and Member of the National Management of Legacoop.
He has held various management and Board positions with, among others, Holmo, Finsoe, Unipol Merchant - Banca per le Imprese, Unipol Banca, Consorzio Cooperative Costruzioni and Consorzio Cooperativo di Produzione Lavoro.
He is currently:
- Since 1998, Chairman and CEO of C.M.B. Soc. Coop (from 1998 to 2023 CEO);
- Since 2016, Chairman of Modena Estense S.p.A.;
- Since 2016, Chairman of Sofinco S.p.A.;
- Since 2017, Director of Tangenziale Esterna S.p.A.;
- Since 2018, Director of Granterre S.p.A.;
- Since 2019, Chairman of Cooperare S.p.A;
- Since 2019, Director of Unibon S.p.A.;
- Since 2020, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Consorzio Integra Soc. Coop.(Director since 2016);
- Since 2021, Chairman of Sofim S.r.l.;
- Since 2022, Chairman of COSMA S.r.l.;
- Since 2023, Chairman of Holmo S.p.A.;
- Since 2014, Director of Unipol Gruppo S.p.A.
