(“Unipol”) hereby announces that the extract of the Shareholders’ Agreement concerning Unipol shares, published today on the newspaper “Libero”, is available to the public on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com) and the Company’s website www.unipol.it, under the section Investors/Shareholders/Shareholders’ Agreement, updated following the merger by incorporation of Cefla Capital Services S.p.A. into CEFLA Soc. Coop.
