Pursuant to current law, Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. (“Unipol”) hereby announces that the extract of the Shareholders’ Agreement concerning Unipol shares, published today on the newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore”, is available to the public on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com) and the Company’s website www.unipol.it - under the section Investors/Shareholders/Shareholders’ Agreement, updated following the merger between:

• Ligurpart 3 S.p.A. and Coop Liguria Soc. Coop. di Consumo;
• PAR.COOP.IT 2 S.p.A. and PAR.COOP.IT S.p.A.;
• Sofinco 2 S.p.A. and Sofinco S.p.A.;
• CMB Holding S.p.A. and CMB - Società Coop.va Muratori e Braccianti di Carpi.
