UNIPOL GROUP: MOODY’S LOWERS UNIPOLSAI’S RATING TO Baa3

The rating agency Moody’s, as a result of the downgrade of the Italian sovereign credit rating, has lowered the Insurer Financial Strength Rating of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. to “Baa3” from “Baa2” and the Long-term Issuer Rating of Unipol Gruppo down to “Ba2” from “Ba1”.
At the same time, the rating agency improved the outlook for the ratings of Unipol Group, upgrading it from “Review for Downgrade” to “Stable”.
