Unipol Group: Consolidated Results at 30 September 2019 approved

The Board of Directors of Unipol Gruppo S.p.A., which met yesterday under the chairmanship of Pierluigi Stefanini, approved the consolidated results of the Group at 30 September 2019.

Normalised consolidated net profit of €577m, up 14.6% from €503m in the first 9 months of 2018
Reported consolidated net profit of €923m - Direct insurance income of €10.0bn
- Non-Life business: €5.7bn (+2.7%)
- Life business: €4.3bn (+39.9%)
- Combined Ratio of 94.1%
- Consolidated solvency ratio 179%
