Shareholding in BPER Banca S.p.A.

With reference to the market announcement on 21 June last relating to the intention to acquire 25,000,000 shares of BPER Banca S.p.A. (“BPER”), Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. announces that it has completed the acquisition of the above-mentioned 25,000,000 shares.

As at today’s date, the Unipol Gruppo therefore holds - directly and indirectly - 72,500,000 shares, equal to 15.06% of the share capital of BPER.
