Sale of the shareholding in Arca Vita

With respect to the Unipol Group’s insurance business streamlining project referred to in previous press releases, with the most recent dating to 22 March last, on today’s date, having previously obtained authorisation from the Supervisory Authorities, Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. (“Unipol”) finalised the sale to its subsidiary UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. of the controlling interest, amounting to 63.39%, held by Unipol itself in the share capital of Arca Vita S.p.A., which, in turn, controls Arca Vita International DAC e Arca Assicurazioni S.p.A. among others.
