It is hereby announced that the Company By-Laws of Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. - updated as a result of the amendments resolved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 April 2017 and approved by I.V.A.S.S. pursuant to law, solely concerning the change in the company’s business name from Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. to Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. and, in abbreviated form, “Unipol S.p.A.” - is available to the public, in accordance with current regulations, on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket storage (www.emarketstorage.com), as well as on the Company’s website www.unipol.it - Section Governance/Corporate Governance System/Company By-laws.
