Following the market announcement made by press release by UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“UnipolSai”) on 29 March 2018, Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. hereby announces that the information document on the sale of the entire stake held by UnipolSai in Popolare Vita S.p.A. to Banco BPM S.p.A. is available to the public at the registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com), and on the Company’s website www.unipol.it – under the Governance/Extraordinary Operations section. The report was drawn up in accordance with Article 71 of the Issuers’ Regulation, adopted by CONSOB with Resolution No. 11971 of 14 May 1999 as subsequently amended.
