UGF Banca changes its name to Unipol Banca

On 1 July 2011, the business name of the Banking Group UGF Banca returns to be Unipol Banca. Other companies belonging to the banking Group are also involved in the process, namely: UGF Merchant becomes Unipol Merchant and UGF Leasing, Unipol Leasing.
