Social security and insecurity

Former President of the European Commission Romano Prodi will attend the presentation of the X Report on social security and insecurity in Italy and Europe, to be held on 28 February at the Chamber of Deputies.

This established annual event dedicated to analysing the perception, representation and reality of security, organized by Fondazione Unipolis together with Demos&Pi and Osservatorio di Pavia, under the scientific guidance of Professor Ilvo Diamanti, will focus on Europe post-Brexit and the growing social and political tensions arising from the economic crisis and the rise of nationalist and xenophobic movements.

The presentation of the Report will commence at 11:00 am in Sala Aldo Moro. In addition to Ilvo Diamanti and Romano Prodi, speakers will include Lucio Caracciolo, editor-in-chief of Limes, writer Paolo Di Paolo and Pierluigi Stefanini, Chairman of the Unipol Group and Fondazione Unipolis.
