Daniele Ferré

Born in Busto Arsizio (VA) in 1956.

Member of the Register of Auditors.

A cooperatives expert, he has been involved in consumer cooperatives since 1986. He began his experience at Coop Lombardia, a company within which he held numerous management positions, rising to his current position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.

He has held numerous positions as a member of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors of, among others: Finsoe, Consorzio Coop Fidi, Coop Unione, Coop Sicilia, Coop Lombardia, Coop Italia, Coop Edificatrice, Coopservizi.

He is currently:

• Since 2007, Chairman of Immobiliare Stella di Natale S.r.l.;
• Since 2017, Deputy Chairman of Coop Consorzio Nord Ovest S.c. a r.l.;
• Since 2019, Director of Ente Autonomo Fiera Internazionale di Milano;
• Since 2019, Chairman of Energya S.p.A.;
• Since 2023, Sole Director of Enercoop Lombardia S.r.l.;
• Since 2016, Director of Unipol Gruppo S.p.A.
